We are at the center of the district of Carasau bread and Pistoccu and

immersed in one of the greenest areas of Sardinia: the Ogliastra.
 

This area in particular is also considered the land of centenarians thanks

to the longevity of its habitants

About Us

The Carasau bread, as we say, is
"an old bread for modern times.

We are at the center of the district of Carasau bread and Pistoccu and immersed in one of the greenest areas of Sardinia: the Ogliastra.

The love for Sardinia and its history has led us to rediscover family traditions and given nw life into these traditions.

We have inherited the golden 
hands from our parents and their devotion to this food, for us humble and sacred at the same time.

The production over the years has grown to include among the products in addition to the Carasau bread and 
Pistoccu, even the bread Guttiau, 
delicious bread seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, the Carasau of Ogliastra 
and the Grissini of Tradition... And the Organic Bread Production!

But we did not stop here, we reviewed the bread typical of Sardinia in a modern way, born this way three new products:

So we have a wide range of products, from bread to snack, without preservatives or additives with a neat packaging and practical to best preserve the high quality of our products.

We decided to offer the traditional bread of Sardinia, in all the world, with a modern heart, full of history,
passion, innovation and quality.
